In a very impassioned plea at the United Nations summit, Swedish teen activist Greta Thunberg called on world leaders yesterday to take action to combat climate change.

Thunberg was very blunt when she told world leaders that her generation and those to come will judge their failures.

She said, “you have stolen my dreams, my childhood, with your empty words,” and noted that the science has been “crystal clear” for more than 30 years, yet leaders on the world stage have done nothing.
