A New Hampshire mom is furious after her daughter’s hair was chopped off by her eighth grade teacher.

Somersworth resident Jillian Miglionico says the incident went down at Somersworth Middle School because her daughter was “playing with her hair” in class. “He threatened her and said, ‘If you don’t stop playing with your hair, I’m going to cut your hair off,'” Miglionico says. “And she was like, ‘No you can’t do that.’ He said, ‘Oh yeah? Watch me.'”

Miglionico is now calling for the teacher’s dismissal, saying, “I don’t want this man around my child.” The school district’s superintendent says he’s “looking into” the incident.
