A Texas paster is behind bars for alleged sexual abuse of a 13-year-old girl.

The victim, who came forward in June, claims she was sexually assaulted on multiple occasions by 65-year-old Paul Christopher Cain, a longtime pastor at New Canaan Missionary Baptist Church near Houston.

Police say Cain also sent explicit messages to the victim using his phone. He’s currently behind bars on charges of sexual assault of a child.
