A serial driving test flunkee found himself in lots of trouble on Wednesday, not only failing to secure a license once again, but then leaving in handcuffs.

According to the West Midlands Police in England, the male driver drove himself unsupervised to the test center.

But to make matters worse, he may have even taken the car without the owners’ permission.

Sharing a photo of the vehicle to social media, the cops also noted the learner driver failed his road test for the 10th time, writing, “Welcome to the world of stupid.”
