A new wildfire has spawned in California and now, Reuters reports, the fire danger is so great that meteorologists are looking for new words describe and warn the public.

Santa Ana winds and extraordinarily dry conditions have been blamed for the new fire in Simi Valley, north of Los Angeles.

The fire also threatens the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library.
