San Antonio workers making renovations to the Alamo made a surprising discovery last week – the long-dead remains of three people buried at the historical site.

The bodies, which appear to have belonged to an adult, a teenager, and an infant, were found during an ‘archeaological exploration’ to prepare for renovations to the 300-year-old Spanish mission.

Workers did not move the bodies and contacted tribal officials on how to proceed.
