The impeachment hearings may be all the buzz in Washington, on TV, in the newspaper, and on talk radio but according to Lee Miringoff, director of the Marist Institute of Public Opinion, “It’s like the hearings have never happened.”

A new NPR/PBS NewsHours/Marist poll suggests public opinion hasn’t budged: Americans remain nearly evenly split on whether the President should be impeached.

48% don’t want Trump impeached while 47% support it.
