Red Sox legend, David Ortiz was in the Dominican Republic on Monday visiting with his friend, President Danilo Medina.

He spent hours talking with the president.

This is not Ortiz’s first return to the Dominican Republic, he was back in the country earlier this month.

Back in June, he was mistakingly shot at a Santo Domingo bar.
