Financebuzz analyzed the 45 busiest airports in America and looked at their average security wait times, on-time departure numbers, terminal size and the number of gates.

You do not want to be late trying to catch a flight at Newark’s Liberty International Airport. Other airports where you are risking being rebooked are Charlotte Douglas, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Orlando, and Atlanta’s Hartsfield Jackson.

The best airports to fly out of if you are chronically late are Houston Hobby, Kansas City, Raleigh-Durham, Nashville, and San Antonio.
