Even though Bernie Sanders and Andrew Yang are no longer in the race, New York voters can still cast a ballot for those candidates.

With the now unopposed Joe Biden already the Democrat’s presumptive presidential nominee, the state’s Board of Elections canceled the primary scheduled for June 23.

However, a Manhattan Federal Court judge overturned the decision on Tuesday, ruling that doing so would have “deprived” millions of Big Apple residents of “the right to vote.”

Jeff Kurzon, a lawyer for Yang who brought the suit, applauded the verdict, telling the Daily News , “Canceling one election opens the door for other states – and the federal government – to cancel future elections, something we can all agree is wholly un-American.”
