Russia is now only behind the United States in number of positive coronavirus cases as the count continues to climb in and around the city of Moscow.

According to Johns Hopkins University, Russia reports more than 242,000 cases with more than 2,200 deaths.

Additionally, according to the University of Minnesota, China and Singapore have ‘massively’ increased testing amid COVID-19 resurgences.

However, China still only reports a little more than 84,000 cases according to JHU.

Reported US cases were nearing 1.4 million as of Wednesday afternoon. Nearly 84,000 Americans have died.
