A factory that burned down during the Minneapolis riots says it won’t rebuild in the city.

The owner of 7-Sigma Inc says city officials did nothing to stop the fire on the first night of protests last month. Mayor Jacob Frey says the city fire department was already at full capacity dealing with the riots.

7-Sigma Inc makes several products including printing-press rollers and medical mannequins. The owner says he’ll rebuild the factory but “we are certainly not able to do that in Minneapolis”.
