Federal agents busted up a major illegal cockfighting ring in Georgia over the weekend.

Officials say 178 people were found inside an “indoor arena” in Midville, GA that contained a fighting ring, bleachers, and a concession stand.

More than 800 roosters were seized along with guns, drugs, and tens of thousands of dollars in cash.

The 48-year-old owner of the property was arrested and faces felony animal fighting charges. All 178 in attendance could charges of animal cruelty and gambling.
