The former President was formally arraigned in Miami Tuesday afternoon for charges related to his alleged mishandling of classified documents.

Prior to the hearing, Trump was booked by Deputy Marshalls who took his electronic fingerprints. No mugshot was taken.

The judge ruled that Trump cannot talk to indicted aide Walt Nauta, or any witness about the case.
