Episode 80: It’s Fall in the City & the Shows are Everywhere

On today’s episode of Show & Tell, Andrea Darlas takes you on a theatrical tour of the city: four different shows for this beautiful season. First up, head over to the Cadillac Palace for “Company,” and listen as we speak with dance captain and Naperville native Christopher DeAngelis about this classic musical. Shifting gears to a modern classic, we head to the James Nederlander Theatre and talk “Hamilton” with cast members Kendal Sayuri Yokoyama & Tyler Fauntleroy. Then, we speak to Sasha Gerritson, director of a musical that is unlike any others:  “Brigadoon” takes over the NorthShore Center for the Performing Arts. Finally, if you are looking to sit back for a one-night-only concert, Loreena McKennit stops by and regales Andrea with a preview of her “The Visit Revisited” 30th Anniversary Tour at Chicago’s stunning Auditorium Theatre. Chicago is a city of theatre, indeed, and there is truly something for everyone.
