Alderman Ray Lopez of the 15th ward rants to Ray about Mayor Brandon Johnson disregarding the increasing violence in Chicago.  On a weekend with as many shootings as this past 4th of July weekend the mayor needs to be speaking about it publicly and not staying out of the media.
