Too much overtime too little money

Former CEO of Chicago Public Schools, Paul Vallas speaks to Ray about the issue of Chicago police being overworked and not being compensated for the alarming amount of overtime.  He says the amount of violence that perpetuates the city doesn’t allow for officers to have normal schedules with time off and on top of that police positions are being eliminated.  Less officers, more work to do, and no money in the system to pay them for their work.
