White Sox turn 9-3-2-6-2-5 triple play

CHICAGO (AP) — The Chicago White Sox pulled off their first triple play in nearly 10 years to secure Jose Quintana’s scoreless outing and beat the Texas Rangers 5-0 Friday night. It was the first time the White Sox turned three since September 18th, 2006 against Detroit. Quintana allowed just four hits over seven innings to help snap the Rangers’ four-game winning streak.
