(PALATINE)A Palatine family is suing a dog boarding business after their family dog went missing.

The Caponi family says Baxter and Beasley lost their German shepherd-beagle mix while the family vacationed at Disneyland. The lawsuit says the boarding business was negligent in losing Digger in August 2015.

The suit also says the business impeded efforts to find the dog after they allegedly removed lost dog posters and fliers that were posted in throughout the community.

Digger remains missing. Baxter and Beasley declined to comment on the lawsuit.
