Ray’s Note: Very Heavy rain and flooding occurring over WI and MN….that is where it will stay today….we will have the threat of rain to the north of town….but most of northern IL should stay free of heavy rain…..Very warm weather…but no records…all the record highs for the month on September are above 90 degrees….Cooler by early next week…
