(CHICAGO) NBC dramas “Chicago PD” and “Chicago Fire” will be filming Thursday and Friday nights, shutting down several downtown streets.
From 7 p.m. Thursday until 2 a.m. Friday, “PD” shoots will close Columbus Drive from Roosevelt to Jackson, according to the city’s Department of Transportation, which suggests Michigan Avenue and Lake Shore Drive as alternative routes.
Additionally, from 7 p.m. Thursday until 5 a.m. Friday, westbound Wacker will be shut down from LaSalle to Franklin, and Wells between Kinzie and Wacker for “Fire,” officials said. Local traffic be allowed to use the Merchandise Mart driveway.
